Brønsted acid and base
An acid is a species able to donate a proton ; a base is a species able to accept one. An acid-base reaction is a proton transfer from the acid of one pair to the base of another pair.
Spot an acid/base pair, write a reaction as a proton transfer and tell from the pKa values whether it is favoured.
